This edition of ENews deals with two contrasting issues where good HR risk management practices can have a positive impact on the workplace.

The first is based on some interesting developments that have been revealed over the last 12 months as part of our growing workplace investigative services practice. There are many traps for the unsuspecting in the area of investigating allegations of workplace misconduct and this month’s article aims to bring readers up to date on two areas that have the potential to cause problems if not dealt with effectively.
