Over recent months, the intensive media attention directed at the Federal Government’s WorkChoices legislation has been overtaken by other events. However, this is not the time to think that this matter has been dealt with and will now go away – we predict the coming months will see extensive changes in the way most Australian workplaces and their employees are covered from an industrial relations perspective.
